In-Home Technology Assistance
In‑home technology assistance means we come to you, sit at your kitchen table or favorite chair, and work with your devices right where you use them. For many seniors, this is the most comfortable way to learn, because we can see the whole picture: your computer desk, your Wi‑Fi router, your printer, your TV, and all the cords in between.
During a visit, we can set up new phones, tablets, or computers, connect printers and smart TVs, tidy your desktop, organize icons, and fix many nagging issues that have built up over time. We also take time to answer questions and demonstrate how to do everyday tasks-sending photos, joining a video call, or using a health or banking app-while you practice on your own device.
If you struggle with small text, hard‑to‑hear alerts, or tricky touch screens, we adjust accessibility settings so everything feels friendlier. We are happy to create simple written notes for you, label cords, or make a small "cheat sheet" that stays by your computer.
Adult children are welcome to sit in or join by phone, so everyone understands what was done and what to watch for. The aim is a calmer home where your technology works for you, not against you.
