One-on-One Technology Training
One‑on‑one technology training means you get a patient guide seated next to you (or on a video call), moving at your pace, on your device, with your questions. We do not follow a generic class script. Instead, we start by asking what you want your phone, tablet, or computer to help you do in everyday life.
Maybe you want to see your grandchildren on video, manage prescriptions online, or simply stop being afraid you will "break something." We build each lesson around those real goals. We demonstrate a task, then watch as you try it, gently coaching until it feels comfortable. Questions are repeated as many times as you need-no eye‑rolling, no jargon.
You are welcome to focus on just one or two topics per session: texting, photos, browsing the web safely, using a banking or health app, or organizing files and passwords. We can meet in your home or work remotely.
Over time, many clients build a simple written "cheat sheet" with our help, so they have something to look at when we are not there. The aim is always the same: less frustration, more confidence, and the feeling that you are finally in charge of your technology, not the other way around.
