If you have vision, hearing, or dexterity challenges, we turn on senior‑friendly features like larger text, louder ringtones, and simplified touch settings. Along the way, we explain what we are doing in plain language, and we repeat anything you would like to hear again.

By the end of a session, you will know how to make and receive calls, send simple messages, and find your favorite apps without feeling rushed or embarrassed. We can meet in your home or work together remotely, and you are welcome to keep a notepad handy-we encourage it.
